It was a busy week in the Junior room celebrating engineers week. We explored STEM challenges inspired by familiar fairytales. The children worked together to design and build bridges for the three Billy Goats Gruff, making sure they were strong and stable enough for the goats to cross safely. They also designed and constructed beanstalks that were strong enough to hold the Giant's castle on top. The children showed great creativity, team work and problem solving abilities throughout the week.
